Add my name to the list for a cookbook, sweetie! I adore French toast and love all those root veggies this time of year. I even make a pumpkin stew and serve it in the hollowed out pumpkin shell. I am so looking forward to reading up in your blog!!! I'll enjoy it vicariously through you :-) I've been using more root vegetables lately and I made a nice roast beef this week. Today I'm going to experiment with some turnips and rutabagas. It's fun to change foods with the seasons. I'm looking forward to your cookbook with the shrimp bisque recipe! xoxoJaniehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04163283732112508901noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8310152874137626164.post-51849220729498660062011-10-26T11:17:47.995-04:002011-10-26T11:17:47.995-04:00Hi Rosinda....I LOVE french toast---well, I USED t...Hi Rosinda....I LOVE french toast---well, I USED to love it----now, I haven't found a GF bread I love enough to make it---but I'll be making it for the family, especially over the holidays....what gorgeous meals you've prepared.....and the shrimp bisque looks so silky smooth.....OK, I'm on the list for a cookbook!!
xo
Joannthe REAL girlhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14274364426380668407noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8310152874137626164.post-19562804468411006742011-10-25T18:04:16.461-04:002011-10-25T18:04:16.461-04:00Doesn't all that look delicious. I'd like to see the recipe for the shrimp bisque. I love that tho never make something like that because of all the cream. I have it in restaurants sometimes tho. Can smell it all from here...and I love the soup quote too (why didn't I think of saying that??)Today has been torrentially rainy but with those 'pops' of sunshine you were talking about. Last night for Paul's first supper home after his trip I made Pot Roasted Chicken in cider with brussels sprouts & baked potatoes. I'm using lots more mushrooms, apples, sweet potatoes, squashes...all the autumny ingredients. I'll move on when it gets really wintery, but I love this October produce so much! lovely post as always, sweetie xoxoMozart's Girlhttp://www.mozartsgirl.blogspot.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8310152874137626164.post-43833707893475057502011-10-25T12:22:08.308-04:002011-10-25T12:22:08.308-04:00Rosinda,
